Prospective acquirers are culled from our proprietary and online databases of thousands of financial and strategic buyers. When the list is narrowed to the appropriate and viable possibilities, the prospects are contacted personally. Confidentiality is critical and all interested parties must sign confidentiality agreements prior to receiving information. We assist in negotiating and structuring a transaction and participate with legal and financial advisors in closing the transaction.
