Coretec Group, Inc.

Consultant to Board of Directors for The Coretec Group, Inc. (OTC: CRTG) for eight years.  Assisted in securing board members and management team, helped to raise more than $7 million in capital, acted as liaison to lenders, securities counsel, others, worked with management to provide financial projections, signed off on accounts payable monthly payments, handled negotiations for reverse merger, participated in shareholder meetings and calls, provided search work for possible acquisitions.

Court Solutions, Inc.

Member of Board of Advisors for Court Solutions, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of i3 Verticals (NASDAQ: IIIV) for a two-year term.  Concordia represented the Seller in its sale to i3 verticals included an earnout provision.  At the request of the Seller, Concordia assisted in the post-acquisition integration, management consulting, and strategic planning which resulted in EBITDA growth in excess of 75%.

Celebrity Coaches

Strategic advisor to Celebrity Coaches, LLC, a leading provider of motorcoaches to the entertainment industry.  Consolidated nine separate corporate entities into two LLC’s – an operating LLC and asset holding LLC.  Assisted in the buyouts of partners and the related capital raising.  Improved financial and operating reporting which now includes audited financial statements.  Helped develop and execute strategic plans which has led to double digit growth year after year.
