Matthew Kappers
Managing Director
Mr. Kappers has significant experience in completing mergers and acquisitions, as well as post acquisition operations. He has managed acquisitions and divestitures internally for two multi-billion dollar NYSE companies as well as providing M&A advisory services for Concordia clients. In addition to his M&A background, he has been in C-level leadership roles for several medium-sized companies. He is formerly a member of the board of directors for two publicly traded companies. His background provides him with a combination of transactional expertise and operational experience. Over his extensive M&A career, Matt has been directly involved in more than 150 transactions showcasing his ability to navigate complex deal structures.
Mr. Kappers earned a B.A. degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. degree from Miami University.

Bill Wolins
Managing Director
Mr. Wolins is an accomplished business professional with technical roots and a track record of growing EBITDA through topline sales as well as cost reduction. The combination of his engineering, business development and M&A expertise led to consistent double-digit growth of a middle market manufacturing firm. He led the M&A group which closed numerous strategic acquisitions as well as forged new international partnerships. His industry experience is in aerospace, automotive, electrical, materials and international partnerships.
Mr. Wolins earned a BSME in Engineering from the University of Vermont and an M.B.A. degree from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.

Craig Feltner
Director
Mr. Feltner has devoted his career to analyzing and elevating small businesses and helping them overcome the key obstacles they face. As a past recipient of the Cincinnati Business Courier's Fast 55 award, his 30+ year career has focused on transforming the financial reporting and performance of growing businesses whether it's a private company, multi-generational or as a business owner himself.
Craig is a graduate of Ball State University with a BS in Finance, Miami University with an MBA, and Salmon P Chase College of Law with a Juris Doctorate. He also holds a CPA license.

Corbin Evans
Senior Advisor
Mr. Evans has over 40 years of expertise in hands-on food experiences, particularly in the areas of menu design and cost controls, while his creative approach to Farmer's Market Cuisine has garnered him critical acclaim from Philadelphia to New Orleans. His commitment to food policy and social justice are evident by his appointment as the President of the Crescent City Farmers Market Board in New Orleans, LA and his many years of service for Share Our Strength. Mr. Evans has opened five restaurants of his own and is highly regarded as a knowledgeable, forward-thinking chef and consultant.
Mr. Evans graduated with honors from the Culinary Institute of America. In addition, he earned a B.A. in Independent Study at Drexel University.

Jeff Michael
Senior Advisor
Mr. Michael is a proven entrepreneur and real estate developer with ownership in a number of businesses. With 30+ years of experience in the motorcoach, trailer manufacturing & repair, and portable storage, he has expertise in transportation and logistics. In addition, he developed a software for fleet management and customer relationship management which is universally being used in the motorcoach industry.
Mr. Michael earned a BBA in Business Administration with an Economics emphasis from the University of Mississippi.

Chris Berger

Mr. Berger is a resourceful, entrepreneurial, high-energy executive with a track record for successfully leading change and accelerating growth. He has the ability to develop and execute sales and operational strategy to capitalize on evolving market, competitive, and business conditions to create sustainable enterprise value. After serving as a senior member of two large consulting firms, Mr. Berger became the CEO and President of a few B2B and B2C companies and delivered exceptional results.
Mr. Berger earned a B.A. in Finance from Ohio University and a M.B.A. degree from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
